Project Coordinator – Stockton

We are currently recruiting for a full time experienced project coordinator, to join a busy team. The business manufactures and supplies high quality filtration and separation equipment. The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent communication and organisational skills, be confident, outgoing, and enthusiastic. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years previous experience in a similar role, preferably within engineering. A positive attitude and an appetite for work is essential. Training and development opportunities offered.

Responsible To:

General Manager.

Duties:

Management and execution of small projects and sales orders, from initial enquiry to job completion.

Procurement of materials and goods.

Liaising with clients and suppliers.

Preparation of export documentation.

Logistics management of goods globally.

Experience:

Multiskilled background with a minimum of two years in a similar role, preferably within engineering, but not essential. Knowledge of engineering terminology and practices an advantage.

The ability to evaluate and prioritise workload.

Diligence, time management and organisation skills vital.
